REPORT.
Sometime after arriving back at the base and undergoing examinations, you'll be led to a small room. It's not a particularly noteworthy room - it holds only a simple table and chair, and there's a thick glass window that shows a nearly identical setup on the other side. When you enter, Hubert will already be on the other side of the glass, watching you carefully.
"Take a seat. I have a few questions for you, and then you're free to go."
Considering that the door shut behind you and doesn't seem like it can be opened from this side, you should probably answer those questions.
